What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?
Two most current pay stubs, Two most current months of bank statements, offer letter, or current W2.
What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Both applicants must qualify to lease/live onsite.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
You would have to provide and fulfill a 60-day written notice to vacate, pay an early termination fee, and pay back any concessions (if received) during your lease term.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, the lease will automatically default to a month to month lease after completion, unless you renew your lease contract or give management a 60-day written notice to vacate. A month to month fee will apply.
Do you accept short term leases?
We offer flexible lease terms between 6 - 18 months. Terms are subject to change.
Am I required to have renters
Yes, renter's insurance coverage is required at move in. We require $100,000 in personal liability and the policy must have your unit number and list all adults on the lease.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Please place your maintenance request in your resident portal.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month, this includes weekends and holidays.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and late fees begin on the 4th.
Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
Yes. When using Bill Pay through your bank, you are still responsible for ensuring your rent check is received by the 1st. Any payments received after the 3rd of each month is considered late and will be assessed a late fee on the 4th.
Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
Yes, your online resident portal is the recommended way to pay your rent! The resident portal is easily accessible 24 hours a day. Please note there is not a drop box available on site.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
No more than 14 consecutive days. If you have a guest that will be staying for an extended period of time, you will need to contact the leasing office in order to discuss the application process for adding on an occupant.
Do you have reserved parking?
Yes, there is a monthly cost associated with a reserved parking space.
I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
In any parking space designated for vehicles.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, the office should be made aware and they should be added to the lease as minor occupants.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
